As a Commercial Coordinator, you will support the commercial team in administration, reporting, client relations, and project coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role also acts as a key liaison with the marketing department, supporting alignment on campaigns, launches, activations, and performance follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key support for brand managers and the department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinating and facilitating a smooth client-supplier relationship.
- Liaison between the commercial department and marketing department.
- Coordinating offline and online campaigns, launches, activations, and seasonal launches.
- Prepare and analyze regular sales reports, sell thru and other ad hoc reports.
- Keep records of contractual agreements, franchisee agreements and commission agreements.
- Assisting brand managers with store/selling campaigns.
- Monitoring client’s orders and other factors such as pricing, payment, and delivery terms in coordination with brand managers for each brand/collection/season.
- Coordinate and plan delivery schedule with suppliers and clients for deliveries to ensure products are delivered to the max. With the least % of cancellations.
- Monitoring client’s customs regulations and ensuring that suppliers provide correct paperwork.
- Monitoring back orders, stock orders, swaps, and returns throughout the season.
- Assisting brand marketing executives with GWP shipments.
- Monitoring various payment types for the supplier and following up with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Monitoring monthly consignment sales, invoices, payment and returns.
- Monitoring and resolving quantity/quality claims between the client and supplier.
- Follow up on weekly and monthly reports.
- Complete responsibility of the internal system records set up, creation and maintenance.
- Offering mutually beneficial solutions for easy client-supplier relationship and resolving their grievances.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent.
- UAE National with Family book
- Strong marketing knowledge with the ability to act as a liaison between the division and the marketing function.
- Good understanding of key marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
- Strong coordination, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
- Clear communicator and a team player.
