CRM Coordinator - UAEN
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and sending of Email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns
- Prepare simple visuals using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
- Assist in setting up campaigns on Salesforce or CRM tools
- Help update and maintain customer data
- Support store teams with basic CRM tasks
- Track simple campaign results and prepare basic reports
- Assist in loyalty, birthday campaigns, and client activations
- Follow brand guidelines in all communications
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of marketing or CRM is a plus
- Familiar with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and proactive
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
- UAE National with Family book.
