Marketing Trainee will support the Marketing team in day-to-day execution and assist with developing, planning and executing plans and campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Assist all digital marketing initiatives which include: Emails, Organic social media, Mall social media including basic editing of visuals.
- Assist where required at photoshoots and coordinate with suppliers to book shoots.
- Gather all marketing activities and presentations from malls and produce a working document that shall be updated each month with the activities that we can participate in.
- Support in event planning and execution which includes supplier coordination, support on the day of the event, etc.
- Financial Admin support for invoices, PO's and Quotations, budget tracking.
- Support with CRM tasks including database generation and KPI reporting.
- Creation and edit presentations and reports.
- Competitor research.
- Build influencer and supplier databases.
- Logistic coordination and courier requests.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Strong interest in Fashion or Luxury
- Proficient in MS Office
- Clear and confident communicator
- UAE National with Family book
