We are looking for a champion to conceptualize and operationalize Omni-Channel initiatives. You will coordinate the projects, functions, and processes necessary to enable a seamless front-end and back-end integration of Omni-Channel for retail operations, wholesale operations, and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive implementation of the programs’ requirements. This will include collaboration with eCommerce, Information Technology, Retail Operations, Planning, Merchandising, and Wholesale partners.
- Partner with the business and the technical teams to own continuous improvement of existing and new Omni-Channel capabilities.
- Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization.
- Should be able to identify and resolve operational issues, clearly articulate recommendations, and oversee implementation of agreed solutions.
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
- Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
- Work with other project managers/leads to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Monitor the ROI of each of the projects and fine tune them for achievement.
Your Profile:
- Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent and PMP certified.
- Proven Business and IT Retail experience.
- Project and Program Management experience.
- 5 + years’ experience driving results on retail solution projects.
- Knowledge and understanding of MS Dynamics.
- Proven record of success in fast-paced environments with medium organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
- Ability to motivate and lead others in the development and execution of creative projects.
- Experience delivering Omni-Channel capabilities in a cross functional environment.
- Experience in order management and inventory planning.
- Experience in Omni-Channel logistics and business rules implementation a plus.
- Understanding of enterprise technology and order management solutions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Creative thinker, adaptable, and pragmatic problem solver.
- Dedicated team player who is both self-directed and willing to multi-task on various projects.
- Willingness to work under pressure and have a startup mentality.
