Regional Visual Merchandising Manager

Regional Visual Merchandising Manager will act as the brand custodian and will be responsible for organizing and deploying high quality visual merchandising strategies across the region. Our Regional Visual Merchandising Manager will drive business growth through strategic project planning, store design, activations, events, and cost optimization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the visual merchandising standards across the region. Manage the team, introduce best practices and ensure brand guidelines are well followed and cascaded.
  • Lead retail store design, including layouts, technical specifications, renovations, pop-ups, MEP works, permits, mall communication, and installations. Ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and commercial objectives.
  • Manage VM budget planning, including projections, optimize costs while maintaining premium brand standards.
  • Receive brands seasonal VM guidelines and adapt to the region ensuring commercial, cultural, lineup and brand needs are met.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and contract compliance to ensure full revenue recognition and brands success.
  • Champion strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and brands to align projects with goals, boosting brand presence and revenue.
  • Attend global brand training and cascades learning to the Regional/ Local VM team through workshops and continued mentoring.
  • Collate reports from Regional/ Local VM including photographs, manage the implementation of new seasons collection, store opening, events etc. validate and report back to the brand.
  • Regular store and market visits to coach the VM teams and check adherence to brand standards.
  • Ensure timely installations of all seasonal campaigns in line with the brand global marketing and event calendar.
  • Innovate cost-effective materials and production solutions for VM props, store furniture, and sustainable alternatives.
  • Collaborate with brand managers and retail team to optimize product placement and visual storytelling, aiming to improve sell through.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to ensure strategic merchandising decisions align with sales performance objectives.
  • Analyze sales trends and VM effectiveness to drive continuous improvement in store performance.
  • Support Ad-hoc VM tasks within the job scope.

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in luxury retail.
  • Certification in art or design discipline. Understanding of design tools.
  • Strong financial and Business acumen.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.
  • Self-aware leader with the ability to inspire and drive high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
  • Able to create concepts from scratch and manage multiple brands.
  • Ability to localize global brand VM guidelines.
