As a Sales Attendant, you will act as the main interlocutor attending to customer’s needs by providing exceptional and professional services. You shall maintain high standards by ensuring proper item display, steady shop cleanliness and stock organization. Furthermore, a Sales Attendant should be proficient in operating the system and maintaining an active customer database to always achieve set targets and secure continuous added value.
Sales Achievement:
- Achieve the sales target by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Focus on selling and increasing UPT and ATV.
Customer Service:
- Build and maintain customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty.
- Communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs, and meet or exceed their expectations.
Merchandising:
- Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display and stock rotation.
- Implement all merchandising as per the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.
Other:
- Cleaning, prepare stock in hand, participate in inventories.
- Monitor customer movement into the shop and detect any theft or violation.
- Acquire product knowledge to create product awareness to the customer and monitor inventory and stock availability.
- Build customer database and should be responsible for maintaining their own client database.
Your Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in fashion/luxury retail.
- Take ownership and self-driven.
- Detail-oriented.
- Displays a can do attitude.
- The ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. Merchandizing, gift wrapping, and cash handling.
