Sales Manager - Fashion

CHANEL continuously evolves in its search for perfection. In a demanding and constantly evolving context, the Sales Manager manages a team of versatile Fashion Advisors with a strong stylistic sensitivity.

Highly present on the floor, he/she follows the team in the different universes of the boutique to support them on a daily basis in their role as a true ambassador of Style and Brand Image and thus contributes to making CHANEL the ultimate reference in luxury.

Combining strong leadership, a strong team spirit, a passion for Fashion and a strong results orientation and business acumen, the Sales Manager develops the individuals potential, excellence of the customer experience of his/her team and paves the way for success of his/her business activity.

Enthusiastic, pro-active and attentive, he/she works closely with the Client Experience Manager team and the Boutique management and thus promotes collaboration and the successful achievement of results.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage a team of Fashion Advisors:

  • Ensures the teams proper understanding and deployment of the House's strategy.
  • Coaches the team to bring it to a high level of style expertise and client experience.
  • Federates and motivates the team towards the achievement of commercial objectives via regular one-to-one follow-up meetings.
  • Maximizes the potential of the individual, defines the priority actions of individual skills development and monitors them while ensuring regular communication to the Boutique Manager on this topic.


Drive the business and manage related activity:

  • In collaboration with Boutique Manager he/she contributes to the development and implementation of the boutique overall business strategy.
  • Oversees the compliance with Boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter.
  • Pro-actively proposes suggestions for a better client experience and boutique operational efficiency.
  • Manages and monitors sales of an activity to ensure strong progress towards the goal.
  • Performs quantitative analyses to make recommendations related to business and product strategy.
  • Sets up action plans aimed at developing business and performance of activity.
  • Makes regular reports to the Boutique Management.
  • Ensures the visibility of the product line in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
  • Optimizes inventory management and follows sell-through and inventory objectives for the category.


Be an Ambassador of the brand and style of CHANEL:

  • With clients by ensuring consistent delivery of client experience in line with the brand guidelines and participation in client events.
  • Always embodies the environmental and societal values of the House and acts as an ambassador of the house.
  • Uses CHANEL brand Image as a filter in decision making.

Your Profile:

  • With natural leadership and strong managerial skills. Experience in luxury fashion.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to unite and with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Guarantor of exemplarity and accuracy.
  • Fashion sensibility and attentive to trends.
  • Endowed with a strong attraction for a challenge and results oriented.
  • Comfortable in the field of coaching and formalizing individual action plans for development of the team.
  • Attraction for analysis.
  • Intercultural openness.
  • English is a must, Arabic and French would be an advantage.
  • Position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
